Once we give you the green light for your return, we'll send some step-by-step guidance on how to ship your package. Once we've got your return and given it the once-over, we'll give you a shout to spill the beans on whether your refund is a go or not. If it's a thumbs-up, you can expect your money back on your original payment method in about 10 business days. But, keep in mind, banks and credit card folks might take their sweet time to make it official on your end too.
